Product Description

This series of machine tools is specially used for finishing all kinds of hydraulic cylinders, cylinders, steel pipes and other cylindrical deep hole parts. The precision of the aperture of the parts processed by this machine is higher than IT7, and the surface roughness is Ra0.2-0.4μm. The machine can also be locally honed to correct taper and ovality of parts. Equipped with PLC control system, linear rolling guide rail, AC servo motor, grinding rod adopts stepless speed regulation, smooth reversing, convenient speed regulation, easy to ensure the aperture size accuracy and reduce labor intensity. The growth and contraction of honing head are controlled by servo motor, which can realize both constant pressure feed and quantitative feed. For general cylindrical deep hole parts, coarse honing can be carried out after rough boring. If cold drawn steel pipe is used, strong honing can be carried out directly, which changes the traditional process method of multi-process of deep hole processing and effectively improves the productivity. The honed parts are made of cast iron and various types of steel, including the hardened parts. This series of honing machi
ne can not only bear mass production, but also meet the need of single piece small batch machining. It is the ideal equipment for deep hole machining.
